March 1st 2007 Available from Emessem Solenoid, part of the Magnet- Schutz Group, Tube-Form Solenoids are said to provide the protection and lower production cost advantages associated with fluid power solenoids and are available as standard industrial devices. The coil body and armature are made in two distinct assemblies to enable manufacturers to mount the solenoid separately for easier assembly, replace the coil without dismantling the unit and to interchange coils of differing voltages to reduce stock holding. IP65 rated, the compact coil is moulded with the connector system as a single component, providing a high level of sealing and mechanical protection. Available in three sizes, the tube- Form solenoid is supplied with Class F (155°C) insulation rating as standard (higher available) and is offered with ATEX explosion protection to EEx mII.
