A new brochure from Aerotech provides semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturers with a range of automation solutions, from component level positioning and motion control equipment to turnkey production and test systems.

The 34-page guide covers actual applications covering, for example, reticle inspection, lithography, defect detection (optical inspection), electrical characterisation, macro-defect detection and thin-film measurement.
