Blower packages
September 1st 2003 A new range of blower packages is available from BOC Edwards for industrial applications.
Silent Flow Plus is a major development of the companys Silent Flow product line, offering compact design, quiet operation and compliance with the latest European directives. For easy selection of the optimum package for any application, the new range offers almost twice as many blower sizes.
Thirteen high pressure models offer maximum flow rates from 300 to 9000m3/h at pressures to 1000mbar (pressure)( or 500mbar (vacuum). For medium pressure applications (to 700mbar pressure, 500mbar vacuum), there are nine models with maximum flow rates from 100 to 9000m3/h.
The packages are said to be particularly suitable for aeration systems in waste water treatment plants and for pneumatic conveying systems for powder, granular and pelletised materials.
Constructed from zinc plated steel with an epoxy powder coating, enclosures are weatherproof and can operate in high ambient temperatures. More articles from Edwards Ltd: |
