Clip-on mixers
September 1st 2003 For use with ibcs, Chemineer has released a new range of clip-on mixers that quickly re-suspend the containers contents when they have settled during storage or transportation.
The ibc Mixers lightweight, stainless steel bridge can be lifted easily and mounted on the frame of an ibc by two people, or by hoist or forklift.
Benefiting from a folding impeller, the shaft fits through all standard 150mm ibc cap size diameters, after which the unit can be secured in place with fast-action toggle clamps.
Suitable for a wide variety of viscous liquids and highly settled solids and slurries that need to be stirred, agitated, mixed or homogenised, units are suitable for use with industry-standard ibcs of 800 and 1000l. More articles from Chemineer Limited: |
