Chemineer has introduced a number of new impeller options for its DT range of low-cost small mixers.

Units are now available, for example, with an SC-3 impeller, designed for mixing in deep tanks. The company has used advanced, design-engineered techniques to ensure that the new, larger impellers do not contribute any significant additional weight.

In successfully safeguarding mixing efficiency, the longer impeller shaft extensions are also said to resolve associated critical speed limitations. The company believes that the use of an SC-3 impeller for deep tanks can reduce traditional agitator costs by a third or more.

Suitable for open and closed tank applications, the DT mixers complement the companys smaller Xpress range.
