Impeller options
March 1st 2004 New impeller options join the DT range of low cost, high quality small mixers from Chemineer.
Units are now available, for example, with an SC-3 impeller, for mixing in deep tanks. The company has ensured that the new, larger impellers do not add any significant additional weight. The longer impeller shaft extensions also resolve associated critical speed limitations and, the company says, use of an SC-3 impeller for deep tanks can cut traditional agitator costs by a third or more.
Suitable for open and closed tank applications, the DT mixers complement the companys smaller XPress range. The
