IR pistol-grip thermometers July 1st 2005 Infrared pistol-grip thermometers from Fluke combine ease of use with high precision. Featuring a true dimension laser sighting system for precise targeting, they are suitable for predictive and preventive maintenance, particularly for rotating, electrically live, dangerously hot, or hard-toreach objects.
Three handheld models measure temperatures between - 30 and 900°C to a 0.1°C resolution with a fast response time and a D:S ratio of 60:1. A bar graph on the LCD shows the last 10 readings.
Accurate sighting is ensured by a three-point, extra bright coaxial laser system with adjustable emissivity that highlights the centre and edges of the measurement spot.
Fluke 576 logs up to 100 locations, recording temperatures and a photographic image of the location. Fluke 574 offers the same datalogging capability but has no photographic capability. More articles from Fluke (U.K.) Ltd: |
