High performance bearing greases have been introduced by Molykote. G-0100 multi-purpose motor grease is a mineral oil based grease thickened by a urea system. It has a wide temperature range, low noise and good corrosion and oxidation-preventative properties. G-0101 long life grease is a mineral oil-based grease thickened by a lithium system, while G-0102 high load grease is a mineral oil-based grease thickened by a calcium-complex system. It offers resistance against water washout, corrosion and wear. G-1001 is a multipurpose grease that combines the high temperature properties of its lithium-complex thickener with the low temperature properties of its combination of highly refined mineral oil and synthetic oil. G-2001 grease is a synthetic oil-based grease thickened by a lithium system. The absence of solid lubricants makes it well suited for small to medium sized rolling element bearings at high speeds. G-6000 high temperature grease is a phenylether synthetic oil-based grease thickened by polyurea, which gives it stability in high mechanical stress environments.
