Simocode Pro is the latest addition to Siemens’ family of intelligent motor protection and control products.

Two variants are available; both provide an economic solution for standard starters as well as new features for demanding applications.

Simocode Pro C (Compact) is a motor management system for direct on line (DOL) and DOL reversing starters. It enables the use of intelligent systems for applications where cost is a prime consideration.

Simocode Pro V (variable) is for applications that require a wide range of functions. The system can be expanded to incorporate both digital and analogue signals, special inputs are also available for temperature monitoring and low level ground faults.The device enables motor current and voltage to be measured and recorded. This means that the power consumption of individual motors can be analysed easily, enabling the user to get accurate information on all energy costs for the plant.

Both versions share the same current transformers, with rating from 0.3 to 630A.
