NOW ATEX CERTIFIED
January 1st 2004

ATEX certification is now available for all of Russell Finexs sieving and filtration equipment, meaning that it is safe to use in potentially gaseous or dusty environments. The company believes it is currently the only sieving and filtration manufacturer able to offer this certification for its equipment. Russell has had approval for more than two years for its Vibrasonic equipment that ultrasonically de-blinds meshes to improve sieving capacities and allows screening on finer meshes. The Vibrasonic probe is certified for group II, category 1, gases and dusts and explosion protection is to E Ex d m IIC T4.
