Waterwise Technology offers a range of ozone generators with fully serviceable cells for use in food or pharmaceutical process water applications, water and effluent treatment processes and cooling towers. The WCG ozone generators produce a powerful biocide as a disinfectant and incorporate ozone cell modules guaranteed for 10 years. Ozone is generated electrically from air and breaks down naturally to normal oxygen, leaving no residual toxins or pollutants. When used in process equipment ozone destroys all biofilms and bacteria in the water throughout the pipework. The company believes the plant to be safer and easier to operate than chemical, heat sterilisation or uv processes and says it offers companies operational cost savings. Waterwise technology is designed so that the cell has separate components, making it fully serviceable. The ozone generators can operate at 100% capacity where required.
