Available from ultrafilter, Ultrasep super plus is an oil/water separation system that enables the user to meet the most stringent legal disposal requirements. Described as highly efficient in operation, ultrasep collects the condensate in a pressure relief chamber that protects and extends the life of the units coalescing filter. The filter is designed to enlarge the oil particles, that in turn float to the surface and are siphoned off. This process also gives longer life to the activated carbon to ensure maximum, liquid flow and filtration of any remaining oil droplets in the water. Clear water is then ready to drain from the unit. Ongoing servicing is straightforward. There is a bright yellow indicator that, when raised, clearly indicates the need for filter exchange and preventive maintenance. Filters are simply lifted out for replacement. There are seven units suitable for compressor capacities from 120 to 7200Nm3/h.
