The M-type range of silos from Portasilo Bulk Handling Systems includes five size options and is said to provide a cost effective solution with reduced lead times.

The silos are suitable for storing a wide variety of materials with a bulk density to 1600kg/m3.

The location of key components, such as inlet pipe, access ladder and filter, plus the overall and discharge heights are standardised for each of the five units. The set specification gives the silos working volumes of 28, 39, 48, 60 and 78m3, enabling the user to calculate easily the size of silo required.

A full selection of ancillary equipment, including filter, pressure relief valve and silo dischargers is available, allowing the unit to be supplied as a bare shell of fully fitted ready for operation.
