Sump pump

An abrasion resistant pump is available from ITT Flygt for installations ranging from brickworks and quarries to water treatment works and power stations.

The DS3057 is a heavy duty sump pump made of hard wearing materials with vortex impeller and double mechanical seal.

Its 2.4kW motor has thermal switches and is wound with class H insulation. Pump housing/impeller are of SG iron hardened to 55HRC, the oil housing is of rubber covered SG iron, and the pump has double mechanical tungsten carbide seals (WCCR).

The pump can handle liquids containing abrasive media, sand, silt and grit.

It has a maximum head of 16m, maximum flow of 12L/sec and is available ATEX certified for use in hazardous areas.
