Turbidity meter

Palintest has introduced a new multi-range meter for on-the-spot measurement of turbidity in water. The Micro 950 Turbidimeter is a portable meter sealed to ip67, covering the range 0.01 to 1000ntu (Nephelometric Turbidity Units), making the instrument suitable for a wide range of applications, from drinking water to waste waters. After a water sample is inserted in the meter, a single button press displays the reading on a large lcd, together with units and status codes. Accuracy is 2% of reading below 500ntu and 3% above 500ntu. The unit is powered by 4 AAA batteries.
