Vision lounge

The UK Industrial Vision Association (UKIVA) had its own official presence for the first time at the recent VISION 2007 – Stuttgart. This was in the form of a Showcase Lounge, sponsored by UKIVA member, Imaging & Machine Vision Europe. This also provided the base for UKIVA members Multipix Imaging, Lambda Photometrics and Imperx to display literature and meet visitors.

Don Braggins, UKIVA director says "I have attended every Vision Show since it started in 1988 and it was nice to know that the Association now had a fixed location where meetings could take place.

"Many UKIVA members already have a presence at the Vision show either in their own right, or as part of a larger group or as part of their parent company. The showcase lounge provides the rest of our members with the opportunity to have an official presence without incurring the costs of an individual stand."
