Making its UK show debut at Total Solutions this year was a new dc static neutralisation bar from Simco.

Available from distributor WLT and registered under the name PulseBar, it is designed for the elimination of troublesome static that can build up during production. It is said to be particularly good at removing statically pinned dust and other contaminants that can affect critical applications.

Typical applications include the removal of static created during the assembly of medical parts, electronics and other related components.

Manufactured to a compact specification, it can be quickly installed on almost any type of equipment.

It is offered in a range of standard sizes between 30 and 240mm; special custom-built lengths are also available.
