November 1st 2011 ERIKS has taken further steps to
strengthen its activities in Germany
by acquiring 100% of the shares of
Erich Haagen GmbH in Itzehoe
(Hamburg) with effect from 1
October 2011.
The activities of Erich Haagen
comprise the marketing and sale of a
wide range of equipment parts and
services mainly in bearing
technology, power transmissions,
sealing technology and maintenance
products. The company serves
mainly the industrial maintenance
market (MRO). The acquisition is in
line with ERIKS' strategy of
expanding its activities with new
product lines and further expanding
