Panduit introduces the LS8, a hand-held thermal transfer printer with functionality to cut to length, eliminating trimming and minimising label waste.The LS8 also has an intelligent cassette system which reduces set up time and effort and a partial cut feature to provide tear-apart strips of labels for quicker installation.

It prints high quality, industrial labels on a wide variety of materials for electrical and network applications such as wire/cable, component, safety and facility identification. The printer uses label cassettes that contain an integrated memory device for automatic formatting, recall of last legend used and number of labels remaining on cassette display.

A large backlit display and an ergonomic grip make the unit easy to use in tricky, remote locations and a USB interface allows for data import and system upgrades.
