The centrifuges at John Pointon & Sons work with a minimum of supervision, rotating at 4000rpm to generate the 3200G required to separate solid matter from the liquid phase in the third stage of tallow production, producing various grades of tallow for conversion to lubricants, paint and a finely-milled solid fuel source that Pointon & Sons themselves use.
