users to maximise machinery
availability and process efficiency.
A remote teleservice called
WEWATCH was introduced to
enhance the company's
CapitalCare aftersales programme.
It provides permanent status
monitoring of separators and
decanters to diagnose machinery
damage.
The frequency selective,
vibration monitoring system
permits monitoring of selected
machine parts, enabling detection
and isolation of faulty or damaged
parts at an early stage without the
presence of a diagnosis expert.
