Latest water cooled chiller

Daikin Europe NV's new EWWD-H water cooled chillers replace its EWWD-BJ series. Available in a wider range of capacities (370 – 1215kW) due to incorporation of an electronic expansion valve, the R-134a unit retains the flooded evaporator of the earlier model, enhancing efficiency and enabling EERs to 6.17 and ESEERs to 7.4.Using two compressors on the same flooded evaporator increases part load efficiency.

Standard models support condenser water leaving temperatures (CLWTs) to 500°C; use of an optional high temperature kit allows CLWTs to 650°C. A heat pump version is available for the supply of hot water and is suitable for geothermal projects.

Daikin Europe products are distributed in the UK by Daikin Airconditioning UK and Space Airconditioning.
