Peristaltic filler boosts accuracy

Cap Coder's Alphafill is a standalone persitaltic filling machine for precisely controlled dosing of liquids during the production of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and other high value products.

Equipped with a peristaltic pump head powered by a variable speed brushless DC motor, the device has a touch-screen operator interface that enables the operator to program an exact dose for any given size of delivery tube and to save up to four different programs for instant access and use. Delivery of the programmed dose is digitally controlled using a pulse sensor.

Alphafill can be used manually or remotely controlled by a PLC, forming part of a capping machine or other process machinery via an industry standard 5- pin 180 DIN socket.
