BDL Drum Motors' quick-release assembly brackets provide rapid belt release to allow users to gain access for maintenance and washdown.

Precision laser cut from stainless steel, the brackets are securely fitted to the conveyor bed and pulleys and motorised drums simply lock into position. No special tools are required and the 'snap on' design provides for selfalignment and tensioned belt conveyor assembly.

Brackets fit motorised drum diameters 80, 113 and 135mm.

They can be supplied with idler pulleys and IP66 rated BDL motorised drums that are sealed for life and maintenance-free, reducing the contamination risk and allowing access for wash down.
