Manways are usually welded
into a stainless steel tank to
provide access. When tanks are
used for chemicals/food, contents
may need to be maintained under
pressure to speed delivery. Any
access point must therefore be
capable of withstanding this
pressure.
Suitable for applications where
hygiene is of paramount
importance, Memtech Hygienic
Manways have smooth surfaces
and flush joints, leaving nowhere
for dirt to accumulate or bacteria to
grow.
The range includes: standard
atmospheric units for the top of
tanks and vessels; the 'Generic'
high pressure version in sizes from
ND150 to ND600; and the 'Pharma
Concept' high pressure Manway in
