Addition to Cobra range
March 1st 2007

Telford based Busch (UK) has announced a new addition to its Cobra range of screw vacuum pumps, designed for use in a wide variety of applications.

The Cobra NC 400 B is described by Busch as being robust in construction and reliable in operation, while at the same time being energy efficient for the user.

Featuring an asymmetrical screw profile and free gas outlet, the new Cobra provides improved ability to handle liquid and dust carry over. The optimised efficiency of the pump reduces thermal load, which in turn maximises the service life of the installation.

Uniform temperature distribution gives high resistance to corrosion.

Typical applications include: furnaces, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, soil remediation, plastic extrusion, rubber, degassing and vapour recovery and brewing.
