Better ball valve
January 1st 2007 Astore has enhanced its PVC-U Single Union Ball Valve with a new screw block fitting with a high performance seal system to prevent leakage and to achieve optimum valve operation and optimise performance in pressure situations. The new fitting works by simply screwing the union nut in a clockwise manner to the end connector for complete sealing on the valve seats. The company says it's suitable for most general purpose applications with working pressures of up to 10bar.
