Dosing pumps

Available from Milton Roy UK, Primeroyal dosing pumps are suited to tough metering applications in chemical, general process and oil production industries where hazardous fluids such as methanol and glycol need to be transferred.

They are designed around the simple concept of a variable eccentric mechanism that ensures optimum reliability and easy maintenance.

Such pumps were used recently to pump liquified propane at flows to 22m3/h at an LGN import terminal. They were supplied in triplex format, were powered by a 75kW motor and incorporated automatic flow adjustment provided via pneumatic controllers.

The pumps were ATEX certified and met API 675 specifications.

Primeroyal pumps can be specified with other design modifications to ensure a more compact pump, while meeting the requirements of HPI, CPI boiler feed water treatment and municipal water treatment markets.
