Drip-free valve

The 702V miniature dispense valve from EFD International provides uniform, drip-free application of UVcure adhesives, coatings and other fluids used in medical device assembly.

It is said to be 60% smaller and 70% lighter than typical dispense valves and is suitable for applications where full-size valves would be too large or too heavy.

Based on the company's diaphragm valve technology, the new device has no seals or O-rings to wear out and leak. This ensures consistent shot volumes combined with a fast, clean cut-off that eliminates drips.

The 702V's precision-machined, stainless steel construction and long life diaphragm will keep dispensing stations up and running for millions of accurate, maintenance-free dispensing cycles.
