Easy to fit ball valves
January 1st 2006 Valves from Durapipe UK have been used in water recycling systems developed by Kurion Technologies and installed in factories that provide services to the automotive industry in France and Sweden.
The factories required a system that could collect and recycle waste effluent.
The Durapipe PVC VK ball valves were used for all actuated, control and manual valves within the DI Effluent system to meet the flow control requirements.
The valves are easy to install and can be solvent welded. They also offered benefits to Kurion Technologies in terms of ongoing maintenance and repair costs. The valve body can be removed easily from the system, allowing quick replacement of O-rings and ball seals without additional equipment.
