Easy-to-maintain

New, easy-to-maintain centrifugal pumps from Pump Engineering can be used to transfer liquids in pharmaceutical, dairy, food, beverage, and similar applications.

CSF-CS and CSA pumps handle capacities from 1 to 570m3/h with heads to 100m, temperatures to 185°C and viscosities to 800cP, while offering low NPSHr (net positive suction head) and high efficiency. Made in investment cast AISI 316L stainless steel for all wetted parts, with a six vane open impeller, they can handle liquids containing particles or small solids.

Pumps are designed for hygienic processes and CIP, with the elimination of dead areas. The pump shaft is supported by its own bearing giving added strength and enabling the IEC standard motor to be removed without wet-end disassembly.
