Mounting kit
May 1st 2007 Heap & Partners manufactures an
extensive range of valve/actuator
mounting kits to ISO 5211, VDI/VDE
3845, DIN 3337 and customer
specific designs.
All designs are created using a
customised 3D Parametric Solid
Model drawing package that
enables accurate clash detection,
CNC coding, bill of materials and
stress analysis, all generated at the
touch of a button.
For CE marking of emergency
shutdown valves or to fulfil the
requirements of 94/9/EC (ATEX) and
BS EN 13980:2002, the company
uses Finite Element Analysis
techniques to validate mounting kit
designs. A copy of the stress
calculations is available to
customers on request.
Each kit is supplied with bracket,
drive, fastenings, assembly
instructions, parts list and
