November 1st 2007 TopGear pumps from JP Pumps are designed for reliability and long life, with capacities from 0.5 to 125m3/h at pressures to 20bar. The pumps are divided into three ranges: the L-range for low viscosity, high efficiency; the Grange for general purpose liquids transfer; and the H-range for more demanding applications. A key feature of TopGear pumps is the improved design of the internal gear section with optimised teeth profile to ensure smooth and efficient flows for either free-flowing or highly viscous media. Other features include improved priming and low NPSHr with maximised ports and ports above the centreline, optimum efficiency with axial rotor locking, adjustable clearances and hydraulic design.
