Constant temperature
July 1st 2004

Advanced Medical Solutions has solved its heating and cooling problems since installing a Breezair evaporative climate control system from Seeley International (Europe).

Installed in the polymer production area, Breezair forms part of a system that gives temperatures of about 18C winter and summer.

In winter, effective, economical heating is achieved via the installation of steam coils mounted within the incoming air dusts. Although Breezairs cooling system is switched off, the fans stay operational to circulate warm air.

In summer, the system circulates a cool refreshing breeze throughout the area.

Simon Wright, plant engineer, says The price of air conditioning was too prohibitive and, in addition, we would have had to pay for heating during the winter months. The Breezair system is around four to five times less expensive than other systems and both cools and heats very well.
