Rooftop chillers
July 1st 2004

The latest rooftop chillers from Aermec are available from the companys UK distributor, AiAX in nine sizes.

The RTA is available in cooling only and heat pump mode with cooling capacities between 8.4 and 47.7kW. All units are supplied for use with R407C and are Eurovent certified.

They have double skinned aluminium alloy cabinets, scroll compressors, with variable speed centrifugal fans in the treatment unit and axial flow fans in the condensation unit. They feature microprocessor controllers, and compressors have thermal-magnetic circuit breakers. Units weigh between 235 and 770kg.
