Compact cage

A supplier of low level access equipment, Edmolift, maker of the Tzip Micro, has launched MicroLite, a product designed specifically to access ceiling panels. Its cage is capable of passing cleanly through a 500mm square panel.

"The Micro range is intended for use in public places and with so many buildings in this sector utilising suspended ceiling grid systems, such as offices, hospitals and schools it seemed an obvious progression to add the MicroLite to our established line," says Andy Gilder, access manager, Edmolift.

The MicroLite has a 4m working height and uses the same technology as the Micro. The overall footprint of the machine is just 980 by 740mm, and it will easily fit through a standard doorway or into a passenger lift.
