Jasun Filtration is responding to customer demand by launching a stainless steel framed filter to match extraction canopies in commercial kitchens and food preparation establishments.

Available in brushed and mirror image options, the new grease filters are available in a range of sizes to fit most extraction canopies and flame guards.

The brushed and mirror baffle grease filters work by making the air change direction and velocity, that separates the grease from the air stream with the deposited grease running off into collection troughs. Made from rolled, heavy gauge stainless steel the new filters efficiently remove grease and heated vapours from the air.
