Merlin Power Management has introduced Maxicare Plus, its new concept in diesel standby generator service contracts.

Designed for generator users as well as resellers, the comprehensive service contract is said to offer total peace of mind.

Maxicare Plus combines four of Merlin's established products into one fully integrated nationwide maintenance contract. It encompasses generator, remote monitoring and testing via its Hawkeye system, refuelling using Merlin's fleet of tankers and bowsers and 24/7 allyear nationwide maintenance with a guaranteed 4h response.

Merlin is also incorporating all spare parts and consumables, including the standby generator Automatic Mains Failure panel, fuel system, acoustic canopy and exhaust system. All types and sizes of diesel standby generators can take advantage of this agreement – from 10kVA to 2MVA.
