Anti-fatigue flooring
July 1st 2006 The Macley building materials group has installed ZedTred antifatigue matting in its Lenham works. The purpose is to relieve standing tiredness alongside the work benches where extruder pumps are serviced.
The matting, supplied by Plastic Extruders, both in roll form and individual modules is easy to cut and shape on site and easy to clean. It has a proven heavy-duty ribbed vinyl surface fused to a high molecular density foam which provides an integral long lasting cushioning base. Because the two materials are fused thermally, they will not delaminate. This combination is also resistant to oil, chemical and acid spillages.
