Two versions of anti-static matting are available from Plastic Extruders. Both are semiconductive and give personnel low voltage protection against electro-static discharge.

The mats are tested and certified as ESD products.

Earthing leads are available for when they are used in short lengths or the floor below is well insulated.

Zedland can be used for clean rooms, dry areas and other staticsensitive environments. The high density foam matting has ESD properties and anti fatigue performance.

Vynastat is believed to be the only ESD open grid matting available in rolls up to 10m long. It is suitable for industrial and less clean areas. Its open grid format helps to shed debris while providing protection.
