Industrial flooring system
November 1st 2007 Dormen Foods has specified ARDEX to provide an industrial flooring system for its 1100m2 extension project. The new washroom area received a tough and layer of ARDEX R 90 P Rake and Trowel Grade Heavy Duty Polyurethane Screed. Available in a range of colours, ARDEX R 90 P was provided in cream as a four component formulation in pre-measured packs for easy on-site mixing. The cured system forms a hard wearing, pigmented layer from 4mm up to 9mm thick, suitable for use in aggressive areas.The remaining floor areas were completed with ARDEX R 70 P Medium Duty Polyurethane Screed in cream.To complete the system, ARDEX R 10 P Polyurethane Coving and Wall Render was applied to the perimeter of the entire area.
