Matting for distillery

Chivas Regal, in its Scottish distillery, has installed large sections of Floorline matting from Plastic Extruders to reduce the risk of slips in wet areas.

The matting's construction is designed to prevent slipping and to create safe walkways and drier working areas. It will also protect glass bottles and other falling items from damage.

Hardwearing Floorline is primarily used as a cushioned and economical floorcovering. It is impervious to liquids, acids and oils and spillages which are simply dissipated through the open grid, thereby increasing safety underfoot.

Of soft tubular grid construction, it is said to offer slip-resistance, hard wearing performance, cushioned comfort underfoot and insulation from cold floors.

Standard roll length is 10m; specials are available up to 50m long.
