When Sainsbury’s needed floor cleaning equipment for two new fulfilment centres, it turned to onestop- shop, Tennant.

Covering thousands of square metres, the high-tech facilities house automated picking bays on five levels.

Dave Landy, national fleet manager for Sainsbury’s, comments “With all the traffic going through the centres, dirt and dust are a major problem. For image and health and safety reasons, the floors need to be kept spotless. So our requirement was for machines that had very high performance.

“We also needed a supplier who could provide both expertise and the product range for cleaning everywhere, both inside and out.”
