Top totty gets a tough base July 1st 2007 Slater's Ales of Stafford
recently relocated its
brewery to larger premises
to cater for an increase in
demand for its range of real
ales which include the
popular 'Top Totty'.
The premises required a
new 300m2 resin floor to be
installed that would meet
the high standards of
hygiene essential within the
UK food and drinks
production industry.
Pola Flooring was asked
to install a new floor at the
premises and teamed up
with Ardex UK, a
manufacturer of resin
flooring systems.
Ardex R 90 P Rake and
Trowel grade heavy duty
polyurethane screed was
specified. Available in a
range of colours and
supplied as four
components in premeasured
packs for easy
on-site mixing, its special
formulation provides an
easily worked system that
can be applied rapidly with
a pin rake and trowel.
The cured system forms
a tough, pigmented layer
from 4 to 9mm thick,
suitable for use in
aggressive areas where a
seamless finish is required
and maximum cleanliness
essential. More articles from Ardex UK Limited: |
