Bay equipped

Loading bay equipment from Easilift Loading Systems has been chosen for a Ł4m distribution centre opened by Housing Units, a Manchester- based retailer.

Three loading bays have been equipped with: Easilift electrically operated, fully insulated sectional overhead doors, measuring 2750mm wide by 3000mm high; Model 403 collapsible frame dock shelters; Poweramp dock levellers; dock lights; and LED traffic lights.

Doors are made to measure and can be adapted to almost every available space, with optional vision panels or pass doors.

The dock shelter is a sturdy unit that seals vehicles during loading and unloading operations. Made of tough material, it is said to ensure maximum resistance to wear caused by reversing vehicles.

The dock leveller is a fully hydraulic model with swing/hinged type lip. It is designed and built to last and needs little maintenance.
