Cool lamps

Thorite has introduced two new LED inspection lamps to its Coolite brand. Majoring on safety and convenience, the lamps’ LED elements generate very little heat, removing any risk of contact with hot surfaces during use and making them suitable for factories, workshops and garages.

The 12V model features 30 high intensity LED bulbs and is supplied with 3m of cable, cigarette lighter plug and crocodile clip, while the 230V mains adaptor version has 60 LED bulbs and an 8m cable.

Both models give shatterproof, water and oil resistant performance and are said to have a long bulb life that provides up to ten times the efficiency of normal incandescent bulbs.
