Britannia Lift has designed, built and installed a bespoke mast-type goods lift to move high-tech rice and grain sorting equipment between ground level and a mezzanine at the Stratford premises of Sortex.

Due to the size and weight of the machinery being elevated, a bespoke design was required and it was needed within nine weeks of the initial site assessment. The result was a 2.5 by 2.5m lift rated at 1500kg.
