A-Plant Powered Access has taken delivery of a range of products from Genie Industries in an order worth more than Ł1m.

The order comprises articulated booms, stick booms and scissor lifts with working heights to 26.4m, including the new Z80 articulating boom. A-Plant believes it is one of the first rental companies to offer the Z80 for hire in the UK.

The Z80 self-propelled articulating boom provides a high level of versatility, with up, out and over positioning capabilities.

Featuring four-wheel steer and oscillating axles, units have a rough terrain design and have a maximum working height of 26.4m and an outreach of 18.3m.

A-Plant’s specialist products powered access division has a hire fleet that comprises more than 1600 items of modern, well maintained equipment. A training centre complements the hire fleet.
