A clean sweep September 1st 2004 The merger in the UK of Tennant Company and Walter-Broadley Machines means a comprehensive range of floor cleaning equipment for use in the industrial sector is now available from one source.
Included is the Tennant 7400 ride-on scrubber-dryer, an LPG or diesel-powered machine with a working width of 1140mm. Easy to use and maintain, it is of robust construction. Two high-speed cylindrical brushes provide aggressive scrubbing and dust-free debris pick-up. Down pressure remains constant even as the brushes wear or surfaces change.
Easy to manoeuvre, the machine can turn within its own perimeter. It is highly productive, sweeping light debris and scrubbing aggressively at a rate of 6500m2/h.
Also in the industrial range, the battery powered Tennant 8300 sweeper-scrubber uses a 254mm dia brush with a 203mm dia redirectional cylinder to sweep debris into the hopper without brush carry-over. Side brushes increase the sweeping path to 1630mm.
Power steering is standard.
For tasks better suited to a walkbehind scrubber-dryer, the Tennant 5700 comes with three scrubbing paths, 700, 800 or 900mm, disc or cylindrical scrub heads. More articles from Walter-Broadley Machines Ltd: |
