Dry blasting
July 1st 2005

An automatic dry blasting machine for the surface preparation and finishing of cylindrical and other rotationally symmetrical items has been introduced by Vacu-Blast.

Vantage 1500S is a suction-fed machine for medium to high output processing, where simple operation and easy loading and unloading are prime requirements.

It can be used with all types of abrasive media for applications such as deburring, plastics deflashing, scale removal, preparation for bonding, plating or coating, cosmetic finishing, and shot peening.

To provide complete surface coverage, the machine uses four oscillating blast nozzles.
